We do not accept returns or exchanges on any cannabis products, including but not limited to:

Edibles
Concentrates

This policy is in place to comply with Washington, D.C. regulations and to ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all patients.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase or delivery. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
To qualify for a resolution:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
A photo or in-person inspection may be required.
Pickup Orders: Orders not picked up within the same business day may be canceled.
Delivery Orders: If the patient is unavailable or cannot provide valid ID and medical card at the time of delivery, the order will be canceled without a refund.
We do not issue refunds under normal circumstances. In limited situations, such as an incorrect order or damaged item, store credit or a replacement product may be provided at our discretion.
